Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3-5business days. But we try to process orders sooner within about  1-3 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please allow up to 7-12 days for shipping. This includes 3-5 days to process orders. 

Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Shipping Delays:
MERCENTI is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
